Mr. Abdul Sattar Khan

Mr. Abdul Sattar Khan is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in the domains of micro finance, enterprise development, organizational leadership and social s development. He is an active member and contributor of several development networks at regional and national level. As CEO of SMC, he is credited with successfully launching and operating a non-banking finance company SMC for the last 20 years.
Mr. Saeed Babur

Mr. Saeed Babur is a financial audit management by profession in different department and companies and has been running private institutions successfully. As member board of SMC, he has introduced new aspects of the financial services. . He has worked on managerial positions with several financial institutions. His areas of expertise include financial operations, internal controls and strategic plans development. He is now working as an active member of SMC and playing important role in providing strategic guidelines to the institution.
He is also credited with developing outlines of training and other staff development initiatives.
Ms. Rashida Banu

Ms. Rashida Banu has a Master degree in Sociology. She has worked in different social projects with different organizations. She worked as a Project Coordinator and then Program Manager with SMC also. Ms. Rashida Banu has more than 15 years’ experience in community mobilization, Child protection, Education, Micro finance and management projects.
Mr.Manzoor Ahmed

Mr. Manzoor Ahmed has a Master degree in Economics. He has worked in different social projects with different organizations and active member of SMC Mr. Manzoor Ahmed has more than 16 years’ experience in community mobilization, Child protection, Education, Micro finance, Women Rights and management projects as senior Coordinator in different organization.
Mr. Malik Mouzim Ali

Mr. Malik Mouzzim Ali is an Advocate by profession in own legal law firm in District Rajan Pur and High Court Multan Bench from last 15 years. He is an active member of SMC and he has also provided the counseling to SMC in legal matters.
Mr. Imtiaz Ahmed

Mr. Imtiaz Ahmed has more than 15 years of professional experience in government and development sectors on both managerial and technical capacities. Demonstrated experience in Project Cycle Management with a focus on Concept/Proposal Development, Project Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation. Key areas covered Program Development, Management, Water resource management, Agriculture Extension, Livelihoods Development, Agribusiness, Disaster Risk Management, Group Formation, and Capacity building of NGOs and Government, Food Security, Administration, Partnership Development. Excellent skills in Field Planning with Result Based Monitoring & Evaluation under a varied set of socio-economic and rural conditions in different capacities such as Extension worker, Field Coordinator, Manager, Administrator, Provincial Coordinator, Irrigation focal person and Resource Person.
